Essenziale is a project started in September 2016.

Essenziale serves Italian cuisine that flirts with tastes from the rest of the world.

Service is taken care of by a single waiter, who takes orders and serves the wine,

while all the rest is done by our chefs, who serves and explain the dishes they prepare.

Essenziale builds on a great team spirit, a team who delights in giving quality and professionalism

in a spontaneous and informal way, while clients enjoy both the flavors and the experience.

Essenziale, located in Piazza di Cestello, Firenze, is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
